THOMAS EQUIPMENT CHANGES NAME TO OSIRIS CORP.

New York (PRWEB) -- Thomas Equipment Inc. changed its company name to Osiris Corporation, with the Nasdaq symbol of OSRS.PK, Petter M. Etholm, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced today. Formerly, Thomas Equipment's stock symbol was THME.PK.

Etholm said Osiris is the holding company for the Thomas skid steer loader operations, Pneutech, producers of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and TcomT, designer of wireless devices. He added, "Osiris will focus on industrial, agricultural and other business opportunities."

Osiris, based in New York, has operational and financial support in Boston and Omaha, and manufacturing and marketing facilities in North America, Europe and Asia.

Thomas Equipment 2004, www.thomasloaders.com, operates a network of dealers and distributors of Thomas Skid Steer and Mini Skid Steer loaders.

Pneutech Inc., www.pneutech.ca, specializes in the design engineering, manufacture and distribution of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and components for automation and motion control applications.

TcomT Inc., www.tcomt.com, designs wireless devices for the telecommunications industry.
